SHIPPING AND RETURNS
SHIPMENTS
Shipments are made by means of express courier, who will deliver the products ordered by the customer at the address indicated by him.
Shipping costs are:
€ 5.00 for all of Italy and free shipping for orders over € 50.00
Orders will be processed and sent within 2 working days and in any case the purchased goods will be delivered within 5 days from the day following that on which the customer sent the order. No responsibility can be attributed for delayed or non-delivery due to force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances.
The customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him with the order placed.
RETURNS
The customer can return the order, in whole or in part, exclusively in the event of delivery of incorrect or failed products
The changes oi returns must be reported to SUMOMIHI® no later than 10 working days.
Should the customer you wish to proceed with the return of the goods, you must send a specific email to info@sumomihi.com and request return authorization, indicating your name and order number. The request will be processed and you will receive by email all the instructions for making the return shipment.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally sent, neatly packaged. They must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Items must be returned with all original labels, wraps and other accessories (dust bags, and clothing covers, etc.) received in the package.
The shipping costs related to the return of the goods are charged to the customer.
REFUNDS
The refund is made on the same day of receipt of the package and only after checking the returned items.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be visible on the next card statement. The processing time may vary depending on the company issuing the credit card, in any case it is about 20 working days.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
Shipping costs are never refunded.
